Set up next to them at a surf and skate festival and ordered the hash stack extra crispy! The flavor combination is incredible 100% recommend! The bacon jam is unreal

I had the Carter wrap with the hashbrown. Delicious! Dare I say, it was the best hashbrown of my life. Service was also amazing. Highlight of my evening. Signed, girl in the pink cowboy hat.

Found this AWESOME food truck at the North City Farmers Market in St Augustine this morning,,, very generous fillings in the wraps/burritos, so flavorful, and the HASH ROUNDS,,, WOWZERS!!!!!! Fire!!!! Run!!! Do not walk,,, make sure you get the hash rounds!!!! (To the owner- you may want to refresh some of the hot sauce bottles, a few of them “need some love” 😉)

We had the pleasure of partnering with this food truck to serve meals for our employees during a recent workplace event and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We requested around 170 meals across both day and night shifts, so I was initially a bit concerned about the volume and whether service speed might impact our operations. However, the exact opposite happened. Everything ran smoothly, efficiently, and very well organized. From the beginning, Aaron was fantastic to work with. His communication was excellent—he was always responsive, answered all of my questions and helped us plan everything in a way that fit our schedule and ensured our operation was not disrupted at all. I was truly impressed with how organized the team was during service. Despite the large number of meals, they handled it with ease and professionalism. On top of that, the food was amazing. Our employees especially loved the Carter steak wrap, which was a huge hit. We were very happy with this partnership. This was our first time working with them, but I’m confident it won’t be the last. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience for anyone looking for incredible food. The Bearded Chef's Brunch Food Truck definitely packs a punch! The Carter Steak wrap is rich, savory, and full of flavor. If you're looking for something with a unique flavor profile go for the Mandy Burrito the sweet and savory taste from the chicken and the bacon jam is unmatched 10 out 10!
